Refund policy

The Collier Primary School P&C takes pride in our Mulch & Manure fundraiser and we want to ensure you are happy with your order. 

We work hard to endeavour you receive the same or a very similar product to what you have ordered. In previous years however, due to supply, some products have been named differently than originally advertised.  

Should you wish to discuss your order we ask that you contact us within 7 days of the Mulch and Manure fundraiser 2026. Please do so via:

In the instance that mulch and manure bags are returned, they must be in their original state and still sealed.
